One Community Connector elected for each zone (five in total) They may choose one member as Lead for up/down and peer information flow Five zone WhatsApp groups; a WhatsApp Community including all five; Connector Lead manages the community

Full role definition, eligibility, and the engagement ladder are in the Community framework.

  1. 1

    Find your zone connector

RP is organised into five geographic zones. Contact the Community Connector for your zone (listed below)—not a public join link.

  2. 2

    Verify residency

The connector confirms you are a resident or household member. They may register basic details and welcome new residents into the community.

  3. 3

    Join your zone WhatsApp group

Each zone has its own WhatsApp group. All five sit under one WhatsApp Community managed by the Community Connector Lead, so updates stay transparent across zones.

  4. 4

    Stay informed and raise concerns

Connectors share Lead updates (via the Record holder), gather resident questions, and direct issues to the right Lead or Board. Summarised written updates target the 15th of each month.

What connectors do

  • Keep RP residents united
  • Share frequent WhatsApp updates; summarised written updates by the 15th of each month
  • Take formal Lead updates from Record holder and summarise for residents
  • Gather legitimate questions/concerns and feedback; submit formal update reports to Record holder
  • Handle resident-specific concerns privately or direct to the respective Lead
  • Address team call-signs instead of personal Lead names in resident updates
